Cancellations & Refunds

We aim to be as flexible as possible, but we also need to manage our inventory and resources effectively. Please review our cancellation policy below:

Free Cancellation within 24 Hours of Booking

Cancel your booking within 24 hours for any reason, and you'll receive a full 100% refund of the total booking price.

50% Refund after 24 Hours of Booking

If you need to cancel after 24 hours of making your booking, you'll receive a 50% refund of the total booking price, as long as the cancellation request is made 24 hours before the scheduled event.

No Refund within 24 Hours of Event (Sorry)

Unfortunately, if you need to cancel within 24 hours of the scheduled event, we cannot provide you with a refund of any description. This is because we often have to turn away other customers and make arrangements based on your booking.

Extenuating Circumstances

While our standard cancellation policy applies in most cases, we recognise that sometimes life throws curveballs. If you need to cancel your booking due to unforeseen and extenuating circumstances (such as severe illness, family emergencies, or natural disasters), please contact us at hello@hoshii.com.au as soon as possible.

We will review your situation on a case-by-case basis and work with you to find a fair solution.
