Delivery Rates

We offer competitive delivery rates to ensure your party props arrive safely and on time:

Orders under $300: A flat rate delivery & pick up fee of $100 applies to all orders under $300.
Orders over $300: Enjoy free delivery & pick up on all orders totalling $300 or more.

Order Processing

We aim to process all bookings as quickly as possible.

Immediately once your booking is placed, we will call you within 2-4 hours to confirm the details and process your security deposit. Please note, the security deposit is 100% refundable following the collection and condition report of our props.

Delivery Timeframes

Once your booking is processed and ready for dispatch, you'll receive a notification with an estimated delivery timeframe.

Delivery timeframes may vary depending on your location, the size of your booking and accessibility to your venue.

Delivery Methods

We hand deliver all bookings ourselves to ensure your items arrive safely and on time.

Tracking Your Order

Once your booking is dispatched, you'll receive a notification and text message from the delivery driver.

Important Notes

Please ensure that the delivery address you provide is accurate and complete.

Someone must be present at the delivery address to receive the booking.
